I'm a proud Factory member. The sessions, Master classes and experimental projects have saved me on many occasions from the stagnation and creative frustration I often feel when I'm out of work. It's good to know you can turn up to a Factory gathering and be surrounded by talented, open-minded, risk-taking actors. I love throwing myself into an environment where actors are coming to step out of their comfort-zones, challenge their beliefs, try out new ideas and are actively learning from colleagues that inspire them.
